Inspired by the place Sorrento, a town in southwestern Italy that produces the most amazing lemons. It's where I first tasted a crema limoncello. It's the creamy version of the limoncello we all know. I decided to create an ice cream version of this crema limoncello and added an extra layer of love by adding white chocolate and almonds.
